Stanley was born in Shickshinny, Luzerne, Pennsylvania on 26 Nov 1888. He was the son of Jacob Stackhouse and Lydia Dietrich. He died in Shickshinny on 6 Apr 1906. The cause of death was remittent fever, with a contributory cause of acute nephritis. On 9 Apr 1906 he was buried in Pine Hill Cemetery in Shickshinny.[1]
