Stacy-27 and Atkinson-7151 appear to represent the same person because: Atkinson-7151 needs to go away because the LNAB is incorrect in that profile. It is correct in the Stacy-27 profile. Whoever created the Atkinson-7151 profile just made a mistake. Please approve and execute the merger. Thanks.
At a meeting on the 2nd of the 7th month 1714 [O.S.} of the women of the Chesterfield MM, William Atkinson and Ruth [Stacy] Beakes appeared to state their 2nd intention to marry. This makes it obvious that the Colonial Families was in error and did not adjust the date of the marriage from O.S. dating.

Mahlon Stacy recorded in 1680 the birth of his daughter Ruth at "Ballifield House at the falls in West New Jersey" per Collins, Margaret Hill and Aird, Ellinor Collins, "The Collins Family" Vol. III Ancestors of the Distaff Side of the First Five Generation of The Collins Family in America, Privately Printed, Ardmore, Pennsylvania (1980), p.45

This was near "Woodlawn" later known as the William Trent House. The area now known as Trenton was called the Falls of the Delaware. This became known at Trent towne in 1719, which later was shortened to Trenton.

Ruth's parents would be known as "of the Falls of the Delaware"
