He died about 5 July 1850, in Soperton, Leeds and the Thousand Islands, Leeds and Grenville, Ontario, Canada, at the age of 69, and was buried in Stafford Cemetery, Oak Leaf, Leeds and the Thousand Islands, Leeds and Grenville, Ontario, Canada.[1]
