Below, the pedigree of descendants of Sir James Stafford (MP) of Sandon obtained from: Baronia Anglica concentrata; or, a Concentrated Account of all the Baronies commonly called Baronies in Fee; deriving their origin from writ of summons, and not from any specific limited creation ... whereto is added the Proofs of Parliamentary sitting from the reign of Edw. I. to that of Queen Anne: also a glossary of dormant English, Scotch and Irish peerage titles, etc: Volume 2

From "Baronia Anglica Concentrata, or, A Concentrated Account of all the Barons; Pretermissi. Vol.II, Eminent families omitted by Dugdale: i. Page 133: STAFFORD.-(35 Edw.III.). Paraphrase:... the electronic translation then goes into detail about James de Stafford who was one of those summoned by Edward III. With regard to this James no mention is made of him by Dugale in his account of the Stafford family although a Richard Stafford was summoned at the same time." From this we can determine he exists? y or n. I'm going with yes but I could be wrong in that I haven't confirmed dates yet. The timing seems consistent. Particularly since the same source (pg98) documents his pedigree lineage. Is this sham documentation?
