From the Laban Stafford book[2]: John's wife was Elizabeth Quine, married 13 Jun 1791 in Caswell county, NC. This is likely his first wife as later the author notes a marriage of John to Ann Johnston (date of bond 29 Jul 1800). Note this is Ann Johnston not Johnson.
