William Stafford and his wife Rhoda are evidenced in the birth records of their children who were christened in Bishopsgate, London, England[1]
William must have had a wife before Rhoda, and a daughter Agrilla Stafford born to them in 1704. Mother and daughter must have died as he and Rhoda had a child Ann (the first of three Anns) christened in 28 Oct 1705[2]
The Bishopsgate parish register shows about 7 children with mother Rhoda and one with Areda (Agrilla christened 3 Sep 1704) BUT note shows Elizabeth christened 22 Aug 1703 with mother Rhoda.
