Elizabeth Kate was born in 1870. She preferred being called Kate, and on Dec. 28, 1887she married Charles Tiffany Witten. Their family consisted of six children, Frank Strother, Lura Katherine, Charles Eldon, Julia Irene, Leota, and Maxey William. She passed away in 1947.
