Biography
A William Stahl was (later) married to Mary "Polly" Fiandt, but she was almost certainly not the mother of Wesley Curtiss Stahl, who probably WAS the son of a William Stahl. Whether these "two" Williams are the same person is not at all clear.
One of these men is buried under the same tombstone as Mary Fiandt at the Hartford Cemetery, Adams Co, IN.
William was born about 1812. He was the son of Samuel Stahl and Elizabeth Culp. He passed away in 1876.
