    Ondon P Stairs former Penney Memorial Baptist Church pastor will preach here this Sunday at both morning and evening services Mr Stairs, who served as a chaplain in World War II and in the U S Army reserves has served as VA Chaplin and on state convention boards and committees. He has held pastorates in Maine, Massachusetts and Pennsylvania and is now serving the Community Baptist Church in Manchester, Conn. He is active on boards and committees, and in community affairs there. Mr Stairs and his wife Ruth, are vacationing briefly in Maine. Mrs Stairs wrote parsonage articles for the K J and for several magazines.
