Phillip Stambaugh was born about 13 Mar 1789 in Reynoldsdale, Bedford, Pennsylvania, United States , son of Peter Stambaugh (~1756 - 1830) Note: See Peter Stambaugh record describing more detail needed to identify mother. [1]
