Rachel, daughter of Moses and Rachel (Cobb) Standish, was born at Plympton, MA on April 24, 1726. She married first Philemon Sampson, son of Benjamin and Margaret (Parker) Sampson, on May 12, 1742.
They resided at Plympton where they had seven children. Philemon died on September 6, 1756 at the age of 36 years, 3 months, 13 days, and is buried at Hillcrest Cemetery.
She married second Amos Fuller, son of Nathaniel and Martha (Samson) Fuller, as his second wife on October 25, 1759. Amos is a descendant of Mayflower passengers John Billington, Francis Eaton, and Samuel Fuller.
They resided at Plympton where they had two children. Amos died at Plympton on December 31, 1790 at the age of 71 years, 10 months, 8 days and is buried at Hillcrest Cemetery.
Rachel died at Plympton on October 13, 1809 at the age of 83 years, 5 months, 8 days.
