Biography

Devenport was born in 1850. He was the son of Benjamin Stanfield and Elizabeth Watley. He passed away in 1914.

Devenport "Port" Stanfield married first to Mary Ann Boyd Polk (1836 - Abt. 1885). They were married on Aug. 27, 1867 in Baine County, Alabama. She was the daughter of David Boyd and Elizabeth Turrentine Boyd.
