Rosie was the mother of 10 living children of 11 total.
Charley was a farm laborer, Frederick and Arthur worked in the carpenter house. Annie worked in a servant house. Margaret and Daisey were at school.

He was buried in Arlington Cemetery, Drexel Hill, Delaware County.

Arthur Carl Stang, 56, died Thursday at his home, 17 North Bonsall avenue, Glenolden, after an illness of two years.
Born in Maryland, Mr. Stang had lived in Glenolden for a year. He was employed by the Baltimore and Ohio Railroad for 47 years.
Surviving are his wife, Helen L. Stang, and eight children: David H., Folsom; Laura Albert Siter, Rutledge; Arthur Carl Jr., Collingdale; Dorothy R. Chambers, Audubon, N.J.; Howard L., Helen Marilyn, Janet Lois and Eleanor Jean, at home. Seven grandchildren also survive.
The viewing will be held at the Yerkes Funeral Home, Seventy-first and Woodland avenue, Philadelphia, Monday evening. The funeral will be held Tuesday, at 1 p.m., fro the Yerkes Funeral Home, with services in charge of Rev. Ralph M. Anderson, pastor of the Congregational Church, Glenolden. Interment will be in Arlington cemetery.

Frederick T. Stang, 82 years old, died Thursday evening at the home of his son, Paul Stang, in Gaithersburg, of general disability. He is survived by five daughters and five sons. They are Mrs. Levy Glenn and Mrs. Roy Glenn, of Washington, Mrs. Wm. Andrews, of Clarendon, Va.; Mrs. C. A. Saunders, of Leesburg, Va.; Mrs. Charles U. Small, of Gaithersburg; Frederick A. Stang, of Washington, Arthur C. Stang, of Ridley Park, Pa., and C.W., Raymond, and Paul Stang, of Montgomery county. Funeral Saturday afternoon from Epworth Methodist Church, Gaithersburg, burial at Beallsville.
