Lady Elizabeth Stanhope was born in 1663. She was the daughter of Philip Stanhope, 2nd Earl of Chesterfield and Lady Elizabeth Butler.

Lady Elizabeth Stanhope (d. 24 Apr 1723), mar. 21 Sep 1691 John [Lyon], 4th Earl of Strathmore and Kinghorne, with whom she had 10 children.

Stanhope, Countess of Chesterfeild-1 and Stanhope-1 appear to represent the same person because: Another case of gedcom imports creating duplicates. Clearly the same.
