B, p. 53+: Petition for probate from Phoebe Littlefield states that Rebecca J. Fagg died on 6 Feb 1936 leaving a will, and that her heirs at law are sons and daughter John Fagg, Charles Fagg, David Fagg, Will Fagg, and Phoebe L. Littlefield and the latter was designated executrix in the will; Phoebe signed and was admitted executrix on 29 Feb 1936. One page typed will dated 25 March 1934 and signed by mark: after debts, etc, sons John, Charles, and David to get one dollar each; son Will to get the remainder of her personal property and all her real estate for his natural life, then it goes to daughter Phoebe L. Littlefield; provisos - my son David Fagg shall have a home with my son Will Fagg and daughter Phoebe L. Littlefield and upon said real estate as long as he the said David Fagg shall live and desire same. Daughter Phoebe L. Littlefield to be executrix and request that she not be required to give bond. Inventory included 3 stock cows $75, one wagon $5, one horse $20, one single row curler $2.50, and household furniture $25, total $127.50. Money in two banks = $543.81. Real estate includes 80 acres in E - NE of sec 20, T22, R8 = $1280 and 80 acres in W - NW of sec 21, T22, R8 = $2540, less 64 acres belonging to Phoebe L. Littlefield and Wm Fagg. Total appraisal = $4490.81. On 10 Apr 1937, W M Fagg signed receipt for $108.31, "my claim in full on the above estate per will". Claims included $103 for the physician, and $132.50 for the funeral home, who called her Rebecca Jane Fagg.
