Biography

He was born on 22 July 1750 in Virginia [1] and his parents were Huldah "Hilda" (McGahea=McGee, 1715–1771) and Maddox Stanley. [2] (1715–1771),

William Stanley first married on 11 November 1769 to Ursula Stanley, daughter of Martha (Hutchins) and John Stanley (1691-1783).

William Stanley married secondly about 1778 in Johnston County, North Carolina, USA to Marianne "Mary Ann" Bridgers (1757–1850).

He passed away about 1810 in Johnston County, North Carolina, USA.
