Biography

Dovie Ola Stanley was born 30 August 1896 in Arkinda, Little River, Arkansas, United States.[1][2][3][4][5] She was the daughter of Joseph Stanley and Flozella (Oglesby) Stanley.[1]

On 28 April 1912 in Little River Arkansas, sixteen year old Dovie married thirty-two year old Alfred Clowers. [6] She was the mother of five children. [3][4]

Dovie Ola (Stanley) Clowers died 14 October 1965 in Arkansas and was buried in Pauley Cemetery, Cerrogordo, Little River County, Arkansas. [5]
