From his death record, John Stanley of Attleborough, Massachusetts, was born in about 1703. He is assumed to be the John Stanley who was born in Topsfield, Massachusetts, on 11 September 1703, recorded as the son of Corp. Research Notes

From Daggett, John. A Sketch of the History of Attleborough: From Its Settlement to the Division. Attleboro, Mass.: Press of S. Usher, 1894.
Regarding the Stanley family from Topsfield settling in Attleborough (quotation from page 279 of book):

Elder Elihu Daggett was the first preacher [of the South Baptist Church]. ... He was the son of Deacon Mayhew Daggett of this town. His wife was Rebeccah Stanley, daughter of Jacob Stanley, one of the first of that name who came here from Topsfield. He had two sons, Ichabod and Mayhew, in the French War. He was interred in the north burying ground. On his gravestone is the following inscription: "Sacred to the memory of Elder Elihu Daggett who died August 29th 1769 in the 60th year of his age" and "Sacred to the memory of Mrs Rebeccah Daggett his widow who died September 20th 1799 in the 85th year of her age."
"What we left behind us others possess
What ice gave to the poor we carried with us.
"

Another passage about the Stanley family (from page 591-592):

STANLEY
The first of this name who emigrated from England was one Matthew Stanley who settled in Martha's Vineyard. Some members of his family went to Connecticut Colony and some to Topsfield, this State, and from the latter branch came the ancestors of the Stanleys in this town. Six men came here from Topsfield very early. They were Thomas, Nathaniel, Joseph, Samuel, Jacob and John, the last three being brothers. The first and the fourth are known to have been here in 1707, and all settled near the Falls. Jacob, one of the three brothers mentioned, came here about 1717. He married Elizabeth Guild and had ten children. ... (continues)

Note: The statements about the early origins of the family in Martha's Vineyard, etc., should not be accepted at face value. More recent genealogical research that I've seen has discredited some traditional accounts of the Stanley families. However, I see this as a solid basis for inferring that Samuel of Topsfield and his son John relocated to Topsfield. - Smith-62120 18:26, 28 July 2019 (UTC)

Ellen, I have connected John to the parents you have identified. I am not sure what to do with the other John Stanley-3703. There were many other Stanley’s living at this time. Thanks!
