Samuel was born about 1742 in London, England. He passed away in Columbia, South Carolina on 10 October 1818. DAR records indicate he was married to 1) ? Peasley and 2) Martha Hendricks Dukes. Samuel served as a soldier in the Revolutionary War in the Chesterfield Supplement.
