IN MEMORIAM
1912
"WARD.—In sad and loving memory of our dear sister Eliza Ward, who departed this life September 12th, 1911, aged 56 years.
Fond thoughts they linger in our hearts,
While tears they often flow,
To that sad and lonely grave our thoughts they always go.
Could we have been there at the hour of death,
To have caught the last glimpse of your dear eyes,
Your last faint whisper we might have heard,
And breathed in your ear a parting word.

IN MEMORIAM
WARD.—In loving memory of our dear mother, who departed this life on September 12th, 1911, aged 56 years.
We mourn for you, dear mother,
But not with outward show ;
For those that mourn sincerely
Mourn silently and low.
We think we see her loving face,
Although one year has passed,
But in our memory still she lives,
And will unto the last
