Biography

Caroline Ann Stanton, daughter of Edward Stanton, ^[1] was born in about 1850 in Bethnal Green, Middlesex. ^[2] She married James Sibley on 13 October 1872 at St. Peter's, Stepney, Middlesex. ^[1]

On 3 April 1881 in High Road, Chadwell, Barking, Essex, with her husband James Sibley, their children Edward L. Sibley aged 7, Blanche Sibley aged 5, Annie Sibley aged 4, Sydney J. Sibley aged 2, Edith Sibley aged 1 and Sibylla Sibley aged 0 and two visitors (her sisters-in-law) Mary Ann Sibley aged 43 and Catherine Sibley aged 39. ^[2]
