Biography

Maxene was adopted by Obed Marshall, brother of Uncle [[Marshall-19161|Benjamin Marshall], and Aletha Marshall when she was 2 weeks old, after her mother Grace (Kirkhuff) Starbuck passed away. Her birth father Ross Starbuck could not take care of their four children after his wife died.
