Biography
Forrest O. Starbuck, preferred to be called Florence, was born to Lewis and Mary (Mourer) Starbuck in Queen City, MO September 30th, 1913. She was married to her first husband, Vernonn Harold Pollock, August 12, 1932, in Vancouver, Washington. His occupation was listed as a "restaurant man." They eventually divorced. I was unable to find any children to this union. She then married Rene Pierre Daban, a French immigrant, but I was unable to find a marriage date or if they had any children together. He passed away in 1962 at the age of 57 of accidental barbituate/alcohol poisoning.
