This family never used the 'e' after their name - I have information on parents of Phillip Jones Stark Jr. The date of death does not belong to this man but to his cousin, Thomas Phillip Jones Stark CSA who is buried in Oakwood Confederate Cemetery in an unknown grave. Date of birth coincides with the records from the hospital in Richmond where Thomas died of typhoid. Thomas was the son of William Evans Stark, oldest son of Phillip Jones Stark Sr. who was the son of Thomas Stark (unknown parents and DNA has proven that this is separate family not related to any other known Stark family.
