Le Gendre Starkie is Notable.

Le Gendre was born in 1799. He is the son of Le Gendre Starkie and Charlotte Preedy.^[1]

He received his education at Brasenose College, Oxford.

Member of Parliament for Pontefract from 1826 -32, but was also a prominent Freemason, being Provincial Grand Master for the Western Division of Lancashire.
