- Note NI2012came to America with his Brother John and John's son Joseph in 1666 to Statonville, Pennsylvania. (Later the area became Delaware. Later relatives (Nehemiah Stayton) changed the name of the village to Staytonville. All the northern Statons kept the y in the name and the others moved south kept the spelling Staton)
