Biography

Ellen G. Steel was born at Philadelphia on 24th February 1926, the daughter of Herbert Steel and Ellen Moyer. ^{[1] [2] [3]}

In 1948, Ellen married Henry Collins, Jr. at Philadelphia. ^[4] In 1950, the couple lived in Upper Darby township in Delaware County, Pennsylvania. Henry was a life insurance salesman, and Ellen kept a beauty shop. ^[5]

Ellen's husband, Henry, died in Upper Darby township in Delaware County, Pennsylvania in 1980. He was fifty-eight years old. ^[6]

On 30th December 2013, Ellen G. Collins, née Steel, died at Camp Hill in Cumberland County, Pennsylvania. She was in her eighty-eighth year. ^[1] Her body was buried in Holy Cross cemetery at Yeadon in Delaware County. ^{[7] [2]}
