What I remember by Robert M. Wilson (Grandson)

Contributed By R. Monroe Wilson · 8 January 2015
I was young when I saw Grandpa the few times he came to visit us. One of the times he came to see us, we was living in Willow Springs, MO. He and my dad were outside so I went outside with them to. I can remember that I had to look up at him and thought to myself, "Jeeze Grandpa, you're tall!" And felt like I was gonna fall backwards.I also remember him having his beard, plus his height was how I knew him, (and not just his Alabama accent), because to me he looked like Santa Clause. I also remember him buying us three kids a Super Nintendo and a tv set for it.
One time when he came to Willow to visit, we were going somewhere (don't remember where too) but I got to ride with Grandpa and thought it was awesome. I can remember opening the passenger door and seeing all his empty Pepsi cans, and was thinking, "Jeeze Grandpa." And til this day I love Pepsi.
