Biography
Harriet Matilda Steele married Benjamin Norris on 27 August 1851. They were the parents of three children: William Henry Norris, Hannah Jane Norris and Benjamin Richard Norris. Harriet died (about two weeks after the birth of son Benjamin) on 21 February 1856. She is buried in Mt. Pleasant Cemetery, Marshall County, Mississippi
