Biography

William Stigall Birth 1823 Residence 1 July 1863 - Concord, Washington, Missouri Union soldier in Civil War Draft

William Stigall settled in Texas Co, MO before 11 Jun 1866 on 160 acres, where he improved land that was granted under the Homestead Act, Certificate No. 98, Application 353. On 18 Nov 1871 affividavits were filed on behalf of William Stigall proving his application which was approved on 15 Mar 1872.
