Biography

I was in the archiv of the Canton Zürich again and I could find five sons of Hans Heinrich Stehli-Steinbrüchel. Jakob, born in 1698, Hans Jakob, born in 1703, Heinrich, born in 1706, Hans Heinrich, born in 1714 and Melchior, born in 1719. This Hans Heinrich is identical with Hans Heinrich Stehli-Steinbrüchel in my familiytree. There was only one family Stehli-Steinbrüchel in Maschwanden at this time. After the book of the parish Maschwanden, this Hans Heinrich Stehli was born 22th. of August 1675. His parents are: Jakob Stehli, born in 1647 and Anna Hottinger, daughter of Hans Heinrich Hottinger, pastor in Maschwanden. This Jakob Stehli was the son of Untervogt Jakob Stehli-Gallmann and grandson of Untervogt Alexander Stehli-Walder,the ancestor of the Stehli Family in Maschwanden.
