Steiner-1996 and Steiner-83 appear to represent the same person because: same name, same spouse, birth and death compatible

Steiner-1996 and Steiner-83 do not represent the same person because: Their parents are completely different. Christian Stoner was indeed originally Christian Steiner, bap 13 Apr 1684 in Oberdiessbach, Bern, Switzerland. The other Anna's father is a completely different person.
