Biography
Jefferson was born in March 16, 1854. [1]
Jefferson was a widower who had been married twice prior to his marriage to Francis Bishop Smith Allen. They were married on September 7, 1926 in Chambers County. He was seventy-two years old and she was sixty. [2]
He died on March 4, 1929 in Wadley. [1]
