George Sternbeck was born in the Colony of New South Wales (1788-1900)

George Earl Sternbeck was born on 5 September 1871 in MacDonald River, New South Wales, Australia as the fourth child of George Sternbeck and Frances Ann Johnson. ^[1]

He had seven siblings, namely: Ada Australia, Anastasia, Herbert Ernest, Edwin Thomas, Albert James, Arthur Hercules, and John Joseph.

He died on 2 November 1941 in Newtown, New South Wales, Australia. ^[2]

When he was 23, he married Sarah Henrietta Hildergarde Jacobs, daughter of Isaac Jacobs and Susan Beaven, on 25 Octobrr 1894 in Laguna, New South Wales, Australia. ^[3]
