Elizabeth was born about 1761. She is the daughter of Johann Sternberg and Catharina Rickert. [1]
"Elizabetha Sternberg, dau of Johann Lambert Sternberg and Anna Catharina Feller, b in Schoharie, NY, d 2 Jun 1796 (Martin) in Schoharie, md 1 Oct 1745 (Schoharie Lutheran) Jacob Friederich Lawyer, son of Johannes Lawyer and Elizabeth Otto, b 4 Oct 1723 (Martin) in Schoharie, d 5 Nov 1802/03 (Martin) in Schoharie. Elisabeth Sternberg was confirmed in the Schoharie Lutheran Church 24 Jun 1744."
