Biography

Palmer was the son of Edward Sterry & Annette Everson, he was born in rural Eleva January 23rd, 1917.[1] On October 12th, 1946 in Cleghorn, Wisconsin he married Lucille Miland.[2] He farmed in the Eleva area until retiring here last October.

Palmer died at his home in Eleva, Wisconsin on December 21st, 1974.[3]

Survivors are: his wife; one son, Duane, rural Eleva; one daughter, Miss Anita Sterry, Eau Claire, Wisconsin; one grandchild; one brother, Albin, rural Eleva; two half brothers, Howard Lardahl, rural Eleva, and Jessie Lardahl, Chippewa Falls, Wisconsin, and five sisters, Mrs. Bruce (Irma) Gieger and Mrs. Gladys Tyack, Milwaukee, Wisconsin, Mrs. Alice Loomis, Eau Claire; Mrs. Roger (Florence) Olson Stillwater, Minnesota, and Miss Doris Sterry, Minneapolis, Minnesota. He is buried at the Trinity Lutheran Church Cemetery in Mondovi, Wisconsin[5]
