Biography

Howard was the only child born to Clarence Stevens and Bessie Cowick Stevens. Clarence was a plumber who died before Howard's 16 birthday.

Howard married Lenora Bosner in October, 1933. Howard was a clerk according to the marriage documents.

Howard died in 1970 and is buried with his wife at the Calvary Cemetery, in Erie, Erie County, Pennsylvania, USA
