Mary is not named in the 1756 will of Joseph Stevens. No heirs of Mary are mentioned. Joseph does name his grandchildren in his will and there are no children of Mary name suggesting that she is not the Mary Stevens that married Jonathan Weldon.

In his will written 8 August 1756 (probate 7 January 1757), Joseph Stevens bequeathed to daughter Sarah Williams £4 to be paid in two years by daughter Johannah Stephens. Daughter Lucy receives £2.16.4 to be paid by Johannah. Grandson Thomas Williams receives £2.13.4. Grandson Joseph Williams receives the armour and the wearing apparel. Grandson Joseph Chamberlain receives the next best bible. Daughter Johannah receives the remainder of the estate, real and personal, and is named executrix. Real estate was valued at £714 with a mansion house and a total of 85 acres. Personal estate was £93.14.8. (Suffolk County, MA: Probate File Papers. Online database. AmericanAncestors.org. New England Historic Genealogical Society, 2017-2019. Case 11394)

And there is the record (which is a grave/cemetery record) that she died after 22 Nov 1707 which suggests she had a burial as an infant in the family plot.

Stevens-12774 and Stevens-4788 appear to represent the same person because: Duplicate name with same spouse.
