Biography

While stationed at Plattsburgh Barracks he married Miss Ellen Nollan, who survives him. He also leaves three sons, William H. Marsh, James G. Marsh and Sergeant Charles A. Marsh and one daughter Mrs. Claude Stevens. He was a native of New York City, having been born there in May 1847. Plattsburg Sentinel, Tuesday, February 18, 1919
