Henricus was baptized in the Reformed Dutch Church of Schenectady, New York, on 10 November 1697, recorded as a child of Jonatan Stephens and Lea. Witnesses to the baptism were Harmen v. Slyk and Grietje Vroman.[1]
He has been identified as the Nicolaus or Nicholas Stevens, recorded as a native of Schenectady, who married New York native Maria Phoenix in Schenectady on 29 May 1731. It was the first marriage for both.[2]
Death : 1747 Schenectady, Albany County, New York[3]
