Biography

Rachel was born about 1792. Rachel Stevens married Dyer Treat on 11 Apr 1809. They had five children, only two of whom reached adulthood, and only three of whose names are known (the third, not listed here, is Joseph, who died at an early age).

She married Grove Anson Tryon on 9 Feb 1834 in Glastonbury, Hartford, Connecticut. Not too long after they removed to Pike County, Illinois.

She died in 1853.
