Biography
John was the son of Annie Henderson and Stewart Stevenson.
John, known as Jack, married in 1926 to Eleanor Delahunt at Dunedin. They had 13 children during their marriage.
Eleanor passed away in November 1958 and Jack remarried to a Widow, Janet Elsie (nee Clouston) MacLean in December of 1958.
Jack, Janet and her first husband Don MacLean played bowls together at the Omakau Bowling Club.
In 1969, Jack passed away aged 66 and is buried at Omakau Cemetery with Eleanor. R/C SECTION 16 PLOT 0013.
