Biography

Charity Stevenson, born November 21, 1723, married William Pettit, of Burlington County, New Jersey, in 1746. Their children were: William, born November 7, 1748, Daniel, Elnathan, Samuel, John, Sarah, Elizabeth, and Charity.[1] She died December 28, 1780.[2]
