Biography

Editing Notes

It appears he and his siblings were attached to the wrong parents after an initial gedcom upload. He and all his siblings had reference to being in Buffalo, Erie, NY in the 1905 census. I detached all the wrong children from parents George W. Stevenson and Martha Blanketship, and attached them to William Stevenson and Martha Unknown. There is no familial connection between the two and I speculate that they were mixed up b/c of the hints on ancestry.com.

DNA Connections
It may be possible to confirm family relationships with George by comparing test results with other carriers of his Y-chromosome or his mother's mitochondrial DNA. However, there are no known yDNA or mtDNA test-takers in his direct paternal or maternal line. It is likely that these autosomal DNA test-takers will share some percentage of DNA with George:

Stevenson-3775 and Stevenson-4102 appear to represent the same person because: I'm currently cleaning up the profiles of these families. They appear to be intermixed after a gedcom upload.

Hi Dana! Is it possible this is the same George who appears in the 1920, 1930 and 1940 census for Buffalo, NY marrying "Ella" and having child Myron?
