Biography
Allen Stewart was born in 1776.[1][2]
He married Rebecca Gurley, daughter of jonathan and Jerusha (Bennett) Gurley, on 18 APril 1797.[1]
Allen died on 12 Sep. 1849[1] probably at Hartford County, Connecticut and was buried at Center Cemetery, East Hartford, Hartford County, Connecticut. His memorial has a photo of his headstone shared with Rebecca, their daughter Julia and son-in-law Oliver Perton.[2]
