I agree Allan, I don't think these are the same Josephs. I do think that the evidence that Rossana is Married to Joseph jr (Stewart-14313). So I propose rejecting the merge and removing Rosanna as the Spouse from Joseph 1755 (Stewart-27488).
Stewart-27488 and Stewart-14313 are not ready to be merged because: Different parents, different 1st names. Only common thing is wife' name. Therefore confirmation of who she married is the key
