Biography
John (Stewart) Stewart Younger of Traquair is a member of Clan Stewart.
John Stewart ( the younger of Traquair) was born in Traquair in 1550. He was the son of James Stewart (6th of Traquair) and his wife Catherine Kerr.[1]
He married Margaret Stewart the daughter of Andrew Stewart (Master of Ochiltree) and his wife Margaret Stewart.[1] They had issue:
- John Stewart, 1st Earl of Traquair. b. 1600, d. 27 Mar 1659
John Stewart died before 1606 - in the lifetime of his father.
