Duncan Stewart (Auchraig and Inchcallbeg) was born about 1600. He was the youngest son of Alexander Stewart (1st of Ardvorlich) and his wife Margaret Drummond. [1]
Duncan is described in Stewarts of the South as:
Duncan, brother to Major (James Beag) Stewart of Ardvorlich, a tacksman of Auchraig, Port of Monteith parish, which was then the property of Ardvorlich.
Duncan was also called Duncan Oag or Young Duncan.
It is uncertain when he died but his will was filed in Dunblane in Nov 1632.
