Asa Harvey, wife Esther and family moved from Connecticut to be early settlers around Cincinnati Ohio. "The Harveys came to the area about the spring of 1800. It consisted of Asa and his wife Esther (Stewart) Cone." From an article about the Symmes Purchase by Frank H. Stieg, Jr. in the Journal News, Hamilton, Ohio, Sunday, 23 February, 1975.
