Biography
Jean Stewart was born on 5 July 1691 in Kincardine Perthshire Scotland, the daughter of Elizabeth (Buchanan) Stewart and Sir James Stewart.
Jean died in Scotland.[citation needed]
Marriage
Jean Stewart married Patrick Stewart in the parish of Balquhidder, Perthshire on 19 March 1717[1]
Research Notes
Given there are no more records for Jean after her second daughter’s birth in 1720, and the fact Patrick married his second wife in 1733. It seems Jean died either from complications of childbirth with Kathrine, or died from some other issue not long after 1720.
